Who are you?
I am Ronald Kruijer, aged 49, born in Tuitjenhorn and now living in Valkenburg. After my previous employer relocated, I worked for a short period at a non-commercial organisation. There, I realised that I thrive much better in a commercial environment, so I started looking for a more commercial company close to home. I have now been working at DuSart as Customer Support Manager since 1 April, where I have felt very much at home so far.
How do you view customer relations and what do you consider important in this regard?
I have 15 years’ experience at a parallel trading company, where the customer was regarded as the most important part of the business. During those years, I learnt to invest appropriately in various customers from all over the world. DuSart’s #DedicatedtoService is a natural extension of this: the customer is the most important, and it is important to realise that you must be able and willing to provide a good response in the customer’s best interests and from their perspective.
What do you hope to achieve at Dusart in the coming years?
As Customer Support Manager, I want to think more in terms of opportunities to provide customers with an even higher level of service. This also means that service extends beyond just during or after the collaboration process; it means that, as Dusart, we can also set ourselves apart for (new) customers right from the outset in terms of the service and support we can offer them.
